Now, when you make a bill payment with your linked bank account, your bill payment will get processed within 2-4 business days. With over 5,000 billers on our app, you’ll still have the convenience of paying your bills anytime of the day through the Paytm Canada app. 

We understand that by having to wait up to 8 business days for your bill payment to get processed was stressful. It caused quite a few late fee charges; which we credited back to customers that incurred a late fee charge. That’s why we decided to speed up our bill payment fulfillment process.

With the Paytm Canada app you have the choice to set-up multiple payment methods. You can use your credit card, linked bank account and Paytm Cash for your bill payments. Plus, when you use Paytm Cash to make a bill payment, you’ll have the peace of mind knowing that it can get processed in as little as 1 business day. Don’t pay another late fee, and keep your Paytm Cash topped up for those last-minute bill payments.

Q. What payments this apply to?

This applies to all bill payments on the Paytm platform. However, it currently does not impact or speed up the fulfillment process for gift cards.

Q. Do all Paytm users have access to this?

No, currently only a limited number of our most loyal customers have access to faster fulfillment periods. We wanted to thank you for your patience and loyalty with us, and what better way to do this than speeding up your bill payments!

Q. Are fulfillment dates visible before submitting a payment?

Yes, you can always check your fulfillment date before confirming a payment.

Here’s how:

1. Click on the bill you would like to pay.

2. Review the biller details and click on “Pay Now” when you are ready.

3. Input the amount you would like to pay, and click on “Proceed to Checkout”.

4. On the Review Order screen, review the details of this order to ensure they are correct.

5. Review your given date of payment to the biller (fulfillment date) at the bottom of the page under “Fulfillment Date”.
